DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO BOOK MY PRIVATE EVENT AT SEVEN BRIDGES GOLF CLUB?

Everyone is welcome as Seven Bridges Golf Course is a public venue.

DO I NEED TO GUARANTEE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF GUESTS?

There is no emphasis on the number of guests you anticipate attending. A minimum expenditure amount is required, based on day and date.

HOW MANY EVENT SPACES DO YOU HAVE?

Three separate spaces, which can be combined if necessary. Rotunda Room holds up to 50 guests. Grill Room holds up to 60 guests. Gallery Room holds up to 150 guests.

DO YOU CHARGE A ROOM RENTAL FEE?

For Micro Weddings only.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN CATERING?

No. Our shower menus and event menus are fully inclusive. All staffing, linens, tables, chairs, glassware, flatware are included in the food and/or beverage cost.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, an initial deposit is required when you sign a contract to reserve the date. A second deposit is required 5 weeks before your event date.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED?

Up to 4 hours, with and extra hour for set up of personal decorations.

MAY I BRING MY OWN SHOWER CAKE?

Yes. There is no cake cutting fee.
